Nadat het onderzoeksdoel en de onderzoeksmethode zijn bepaald, stellen we in overleg met onze klant de vragenlijst op. Een goede vragenlijst bepaald het succes van het onderzoek. Alleen met het stellen van goede vragen, kan de onderzoeksvraag worden beantwoord.

Nadat de vragenlijst is opgesteld, wordt de vragenlijst geprogrammeerd en nodigen we de deelnemers uit om de vragenlijst in te vullen. Meestal sturen we een uitnodiging en een aantal reminders. Hiermee halen we het optimale resultaat uit het adressenbestand wat zorgt voor kwalitatief goede resultaten.
